★★★★★
PositiveStaff is upbeat, activity staff is extremely creative! The front desk concierge is always helpful. So far everything has been well coordinated and my family member is settling in well. Shout out to the chef, [name removed], I have joined my family member for meals several times and each time it was restaurant quality with nearly restaurant service.
★★★★★
PositiveThe place is spotless. We saw residents eating, playing games, and sitting around talking. The apartments are nice and include kitchenettes, living space, a bedroom, and bathroom. I was very impressed.

PositiveMet with [name removed] at the Grand. I have a prepared list of questions and we discussed those We toured the facility and was shown the apartments. I informed [name removed] I most likely would move with [name removed] and foresee it to be at least 8 months to a year out. Aside from memory loss my wife [name removed] had her bladder removed in 2021. I take care of changing and handle her urostomy needs. PositiveLots of activities and very friendly staff.

PositiveFirst of all , my mother is on the 3rd floor which is memory care. Very different from AL. Most of the staff are very active and hands on. The laundry dept. is great on providing clean laundry but mixes up clothing regularly. I gave up trying to corral my mother’s clothing. She wears whatever. She is kept clean though and that is what is important. One thing – my mother’s wheel chair keeps disappearing and she ends up with another one even though I put her name on the one she came in with. [name removed] them well!

PositiveBased on the experience, we would recommend The Grande community to other families.
