I have been a resident at The Granville Place in Calimesa for over 3 years. I have found the level of care and the friendliness of the staff to be excellent. Food is very good and well prepared. In response to the party who wrote the negative, hateful review, perhaps if you hadn't tried to take over the management of this facility you would have found the staff much more cooperative and friendly. Keep looking, not a warm caring place. Bad experience.

Very unfriendly, uncaring staff that owner [name removed] says 'it's just their way, they have been with me a long time. It's hard to find good help.' The am and pm help complains about your love one, nothing positive. PM help sits and is on her cell phone constantly which owner is aware and actually told me she can't get her to stop. Another resident only comes out for meals and otherwise sits in her chair watching TV day after day. Employees complain about this resident and show her no respect. Owner came across …

Friendly! Smelled normal. Very clean. Residents appear to get along and are friendly with each other. Residents appear to be well-kept. Lunch was OK. Light and bright. No one sitting around looking deserted. Studio big enough, but not huge. 1 bdrm is roomy. Lots of sitting areas. Exercise classes twice a day.
