PositiveI moved into The Hamlet on Darby. What I like best about them is the single-floor plans and the attached garage. I have a two-bedroom apartment with two baths. They also have some two-floor townhouses. They don't really have activities; we just have places to live. We have a gazebo, but everything else is pretty much like living in your regular house. My interaction with the staff has been fine. They're mostly for maintenance.

CriticalHave been living in this over 55 community for 2 years but recently maintenance and landscaping have not been done as promptly as necessary. Management is also leasing to young families with young children. So if you want a quiet comfortable place to live , don’t bother with location.

PositiveLove my new home the area is beautiful you can walk down one sideway and come up the other sidewalk it’s like a walking path. I can’t until spring comes to take that walk around. [name removed] the property manager is wonderful. See always is very charming
