★★★★★
PositiveThe staff at The Hamptons of Tyler Senior Living was super nice. The rooms were spacious and well taken care of. It was very nice. That might have been where we would have moved. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a nice patio area or balcony. They offered several activities. At the time we were there, they were doing floral arrangement classes. They have church services and other social things.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Hamptons of Tyler Senior Living was very nice, but the housing units are a bit larger at the other place. The staff was very congenial and very professional. I really enjoyed visiting with them. The food was very tasty. It didn't taste like institutional food.

CriticalAlthough their marketing strategy is convincing, making them appear to be one of the best, we learned otherwise. After years of my parent receiving inconsistent service and sometimes harmful neglectful care, dependent on the rotation of often poorly trained staff and frequent turnover of various management, our family would not recommend this facility to anyone. It is overall clean in the public spaces and good at making first impressions. However, cleaning of resident rooms and good laundry care is inconsistent. M…

CriticalEvery time it rains it washes sand and dirt on to the parking area. You walk through this mud and track it into your car. I have a small 4 wheel wagon I use to get food from the store. I keep it in my car when I put it back into my car the mud from the 4 wheels gets in the back of my car. Some of the area the mud and sand comes from has now grass at all.

PositiveI toured The Hamptons of Tyler Senior Living. It was a nice experience. The facility was nice. The staff members were warm, inviting, and knowledgeable of their facility. They reached out to me post-tour and all of that; however, it's just not what I was looking for. The rooms were nice and updated, but nothing outstanding.

PositiveI've been to The Hamptons of Tyler Senior Living twice and seen the large and small one-bedroom apartments. They were beautifully laid out, and it was nice to see how the furniture actually looked without just being empty. The apartments are very big, and their balcony is screened so that you don't get bugs when you're sitting out there. They have a little golf course, a lot of land, and a pool, and it's more like a regular apartment, except that they have a lot of activities. The things that in…
