Positivefriendly staff neutral on recommendation.
The care services, meals and dining and activities do not apply because I am in independent living so I cook for myself; I don't participate in activities and no one is giving me quality of care. I am disappointed that there were roaches and an investation of bees to greet me upon moving in. There were many maintenance items to be addressed which they took care of in a timely manner. I would not give them a five for anything other than they are friendly. I understand after talking to other residence that this facil…

Also, the exhaust fans in the bathrooms give me a headache. There should be a way to get bright light without all the noise. The gutters are not cleaned out. When it rains there are waterfalls off my roof. Does not feel like home. Too many rules and the rent increases EVERY year.

I can't speak for the other facilities here but the part I live in is just regular apartments (nice) beautiful quite most of the time , but I'm now hearing it's no longer 55 + Just regular apartments .Don't know about the nursing facility section , but there have been a lot of changes and more to come.....

Silverwoods offers meal plans and when you have a family member that is not able to be mobile. Letting the family know that there is a charge to deliver the meals to that family member. The food is very good.
