PositiveI moved my elderly father after taking him out of [facility removed] which was third world and awful. I made the best decision as he made such tremendous progress at the new facility. They treated him so well he became part of their family. The staff were always extremely helpful and pleasant. [name removed] and [name removed]were excellent nurses. His aids [name removed]and [name removed]were the best so nice and pleasant to deal with. They took great care of my dad who had a stroke. His therapists were awesome th…

CriticalIf you are seeking quality care, attentive nurse or tech staff, DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. I have had to wait 45-60 minutes for aide once I rang the call button. Aides are not properly trained and half can’t understand. I came into this place with the goal to strengthen my legs and help me walk again. Now my goal is to get out of this place ASAP!

CriticalHusband was in Healthcare Resort of Plano May 2023 and care given was inconsistent and often not available. It appeared nursing staff, doctors, facility managers, therapy, etc team do not communicate with each other (this goes all the way to the top) as we were always getting different info on the same day about my husband's care (or lack of care). CriticalMom went to HRP after being hospitalized after a fall. At first, her therapy was a success. After time, mom was able to dress, use the toilet, and do all other self-care alone. She could also walk 250 feet. She was due to be release on a Friday, but a problem arose with her new accommodations and she had to stay over the weekend. During that time, she fell 3 times and was reinjured. By Monday, she couldn’t dress herself, walk more than 50 feet without resting, and she needed to stop for breath after just a few wor…

CriticalMy mother needed a short term rehabilitation facility in October 2020, and after reading the most recent reviews of Healthcare Resort of Plano, I chose this facility. Don't let the reviews, the appearance of the facility, and the untruths told by the administration fool you!! I'm so very sorry to this day that I let my mother into this HORRIBLE, UNORGANIZED, NON CARING, NEGLECTFUL, RUDE, UNATTENTIVE, MISGUIDED, UNPROFESSIONAL, NONRESPONSIVE, FACILITY!!!!! From the top administrator [name removed] who oversees a dis…
