The staff in general are nice. There have been concerns with her care, as medications are given incorrectly or not given at all. The food is pretty good, and the apartment size is good. There is a lack of clarity with billing, including misbilled information, and everything is charged. Don't ever ask for help.

Mom is really excited to go there. It is very beautiful. Everyone that I met, from the activities director to other people, you could see a genuine experience level, and they have been there quite a while. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But not overly, which is good for my sister. They dont try to talk you into doing things but let you set the pace. Apartment sizes are okay. The apartments are clean and look new. The entire facility looks great. They have a lot of amenities and with some it is your choice

It was a really nice place. It was hard for my mom to adjust to community living. Her health went downhill, and she had to move into a full-care nursing home. But it was friendly and inviting and the the staff was great. It was really a great place.
