Room sizes are ample. Staff is responsive, attentive and genuinely takes the time to get to know the residents (in this case my dad). The food is top notch. They have daily menu they release for the month, however they have an ala carte menu residents can order from in the event the main course isn't your favorite My dad isn't the most activity-driven but there are no shortage of activities. Fantastic staff!

The staff that provide the service so aides and nurses were fantastic and so good to my father in law. Huge disconnect between higher up/administrative staff. The sales pitch in the beginning was different than what happened. Care meetings never happened. Very hard to get ahold of the finance person and never got the invoices for care that I requested when they just stopped sending them and I have emails proving the request as to why the care amount changed so much without ever getting a response. I love that it's all on one floor so there's not confusion getting back to their units. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The meals are good quality. I love the courtyard for getting fresh air and some sunshine.

I love the inn. It looks like a ski lodge and everything is on one level. We all eat together in the main room. The food is good most of the time and they are always working to improve it. I was surprised at how large my apartment is. Even with the bed in there you still have ample room for a seating area. We have many activities like movies, walking, making different crafts, baking, and sitting around the fire and talking. The therapists are excellent.
