Great staff , food is good - they get a little short staffed on wait staff for the dining hall sometimes. I love that it's a slightly smaller facility so it's easier for the residence to navigate and I feel like there's always a bunch of people around to help out because of that. They have a beautiful outside courtyard area with a water waterfall

They've been kind, accessible, and have really gone the extra mile to make both of my parents feel welcomed and well cared for. It's very homey feeling you know like decorated like your home The patients look happy it looks like they have plenty of activities everyone working there seems very friendly it's a very clean facility with no bad smells I think what they could improve on was communication I had a little bit of a problem communicating with the staff sometimes they wouldn't do my dad's laundry for 2 or 3 weeks just because he said no and I said he's in a memory care unit don't listen to him just do his laundry I think they could hav…
