Overall experience -fair. Difficult to find any place with independent living. It's really an assisted care facility meaning there is no privacy. It's because they're always checking on you to make sure you are okay. This is a new place and they are understaffed. Deliveries don't get delivered for days. There is no internal website so it is difficult to communicate. Every question/request must go through an overworked concierge. Daily schedules are posted in elevator, weekly menus are photocopied and must be retrie…

CriticalNot the right fit
We have since relocated my dad. We found the system generally unorganized - no one would show up to host activities, one server at meal times, meetings with management never led to changes that were promised, etc. It all became very frustrating for my dad so we opted to find a better fit. The facility is very clean, almost brand new. There are a variety of room sizes available.
