PositiveThe nurses, aides, cna’s pa’s and therapists were great. They were all very attentive, compassionate and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better group to take care of my mom. My mom, who is 91 yrs old spent over 3 weeks there and neither one of us has any complaints.
★★★★★
PositiveMy father was at The Laurels of Forest Glenn for 30 days. My sister and I were very satisfied with this facility. The people were very attentive to my father and were very good with him. They were very good with us, kept us informed and updated, and called us when necessary if we weren't there. I have nothing but good things to say. Everybody was very professional with a very good bedside manner. He was in a shared room, but it had a chair and a dresser to hang his clothes.
★★★★★
PositiveThe place is very lovely and the staff is so wonderful to my 72 year old Mom. My Mom had said that, the food wasn't all that great but the people are very caring.

CriticalFOOD....WON'T FEED A BIRD WITH A SMALL STOMACH. FOOD IS COLD WHEN YOU GET IT. IT'S NOT FIT TO EAT. CARE..... THERE IS LITTLE TO NONE. THEY COME IN, SAY I'LL BE RIIGHT BACK AND NEVER RETURN TO HELP YOU. STAFF..... IS UNDERSTAFFED.....NOT ENOUGH HELP! YOU CAN YELL FOR AN HOUR AND NO ONE COMES, YET TOY HHEAR THEM LAUGHING AND HAVING A GOOD TIME. F THIS PLACE WAS THE ONLY O NE I WOULD ELECT TO STAY WHERE I AM AND FADE AWAY PEACEFULLY! TO SUM IT UP, PICK ANMOTHER PLACE TO GO!
★★★★★
CriticalStaff is good and caring. Therapy is great. Medical staff is awful, they don’t communicate, hardly ever see the patients and when I finally got a call back from the PA she was rude and dismissive. Pick an outside doctor is my advice. Overall the facility is good.

PositiveI visited this facility last week. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I talked to a few residents and they seemed fine staying there. Although the facility itself is average and older I felt comfortable with interacting with everyone there.
