Not enough staff to care for these residents. Don’t bring your loved one here. Not enough staff to watch over the residents in this facility. It is a disaster waiting to happen. Many residents have fallen without available assistance among many other issues

We have chosen here. My mom hasn't moved in yet. So far, the people there that we have spoken with have been incredibly helpful. One of the main staff (her name was Cindy) has been very helpful with answering questions, showing us around, and explaining things. So far, I'm very impressed. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother has moved in. It met every need that we were looking for, for my mom. They are wonderful. Everything that they do is centered around her. They're very loving, like a family. I ate lunch with her yesterday and the food was very good, almost excellent. They have bingo and exercise classes, There are several listed that they do. They offer a salon, they have a gym, a movie theater, a dining area, and an outside area.

I like the facility. The people were very nice. They explained everything to me, walked me around, and showed me the place. I was able to see what wing my wife would be in, once she would be able to get in. In general, it was just a very pleasant experience. It was nice, clean, airy, bright, and uplifting. Horrible facility

The staff here is horrible. My dad fell in his room and three people ignored him laying on the floor. The director of the facility would not even speak to me, she was too busy and said her staff handled it correctly.

The community is very clean and quiet. The owners are very helpful in identifying exactly what our needs are. Everyone is very pleasant and happy.
