Overall, the experience has been good. They seemed helpful and friendly, offering some deals that helped with our decision. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any concerns, although they are very busy during meal times. There are activities available, and I'm told there are improvements in the making. Not all residents know about the activities or want to participate. The food seems good, and there is plenty of it. The staff is the best!!! I have loved having both my parents in the memory care facility! They keep them busy so they can sleep at night without charging extra for activities in a previous place! Not only do they have an activity that they participate in the activity along with the residence. They don't use medicine to keep them asleep, but only if needed for continued aggressive behavior as in the case of my father; then calling to check with me before administering any medication! Exceptional facility

My sister in law was very satisfied with her stay at The Lodge. The care was exceptional, the food was very good. Any interaction with the manager was great, if she wasn't available, she always got back to us right away. We would definitely recommend The Lodge to anyone needing care

I like The Lodge at Greeley, but the space is too small for me at this point. I would feel like an animal in a cage. The place was nice. The rooms were nice. The facilities were great. They had an elevator because they had multiple levels. You can get a detached garage that sits out away. The staff was great, friendly, and informative. I was treated well. I have no complaints. I enjoyed my tour of your facility. Staff was friendly, the residents look happy. It is a difficult decision, but the Lodge is one of our top choices.

Overpriced, do not recommend

We were misled about the quality and environment of the memory care unit and ultimately decided to move my father to another facility. For the price of approximately[Amount removed} per month, we expected a much higher level of care and transparency. Unfortunately, the facility did not deliver on what was promised. Before move-in, we were told there would be other verbal residents my father could socially engage with. In reality, he was the only verbal resident in the unit.
