I visited this facility

The Lodge at Manito was bright and clean. The lady who talked to me was very friendly and very informative. She gave me a lot of information about the facility and the kind of care that my mother could receive. I liked everything about it, except it was quite a distance to drive. I wanted something a little closer to home. The Lodge at Manito was so nice, and everybody was very friendly and informative. The staff even gave me the names of other places I could look at that were closer. The place was beautiful. I lik…

I visited this facility

I went to The Lodge at Manito. It's a friendly, clean, small community. We loved everyone we talked to. And upon the tour, they do activities. It was a very impressionable place. If I have to put my mom in a community, then that is one at the top of my list because I do want a small community area for her, and I think she would do better with a smaller amount of people. I liked that. I love the floorplans. It's very quaint. My mom wouldn't get lost in the place. My aunt went with me, and we both just…

What a wonderful place

We moved my parents here in Mid October. We were nervous and going through all the emotions that go along with relocating your parents into assisted living. The staff at the Lodge are fantastic and have done so much to make Mom and Dad's transition as simple as possible. Both parents are eating better, active, and having more interaction than they've had in a long while. The food is good and the amenities are outstanding. God blessed us by putting the Lodge into our lives.

Memory Care Very Beneficial for Our Dad

If we had known about The Lodge, we would have moved our father to Memory Care much sooner. I gave top-ratings in every category absolutely without hesitation. I would add another category for "Flexible and Responsive to Individual Needs" and rate that 5 also. The staff has been caring, friendly, and even fun-loving while never sacrificing safety, appropriate medical and memory care, and professionalism. The Lodge is in a small town just on the edge of town. They were able to use the location to their advantage by…

No Management Makes Bad Facility

Could be a great place but care for seniors is lacking due to no management, I have seen the employees that work there but the ones who go above & beyond aren’t recognized, taken advantage of their dedication! The employees who are friends with the so called management get away with sitting on their phones doing the bare minimum and are awarded with more hours, double time, etc. We are thinking about moving my parent back home.
