Care services and staff are variable depending on certain people. Some were excellent, and some were not. Food was delicious and kitchen staff was more than willing to accommodate nearly any request. My mom was unable to participate in activities, but they looked interesting and diverse. Her room was good sized...had enough space for a bed, and small sitting area. I would recommend them with reservations - I think the last few weeks would have been less chaotic for my mom and the staff had they known her longer...…

My husband has been at the Meadows for about two months now. It is a nice clean facility with friendly staff. They have many activities every day for the residents. He seems as happy as he can be there because, of course, he would rather be at home. His only complaint is that sometimes his attendant doesn't come as quickly as he would like when he calls. I am there for a few hours every day and what I have observed is the attendant usually arrives within just a few minutes of the pendant fob being pushed. It probab…

PositiveShort Stay But Loved Community
The staff was very responsive to our questions and requests the room was nice and was a good size there was no ac unit in the bedroom which we asked to be installed when we did the tour and that never came to pass the cleaning staff was great and on the ball they sent us and refund check and we need it reissue in the name of the trust and they have not responded to that request

We had my mother there for only 2 weeks, since the staff was so bad and poor management. Very slow to serve food or come with medications. We usually had to go get the medications, since they would not come or Very late. The only bright side was the room. It was a good size room with a mini kitchen. I even new someone that worked there and there and they quit, since the management was so bad. They where always short of staff as well. I wouldn't recommend this place for your loved ones.

The Meadows staff are friendly, attentive & know residents by name. Some staff have been there 15+ years so low staff turnover says a lot. Good value for the price & services they provide and safe place to live. My dad's difficult & demanding and the staff manage him well. I've had three grandparents stay and now my Dad, so very comfortable with The Meadows

My husband is in the Memory Care unit. It is always well staffed and the staff are attentive and quick to respond to requests. They interact with the residents in meaningful exchanges--not just custodial. Also, I appreciate that the Executive Director can frequently be seen walking around the facility and talking to staff and residents.
