The rehab team at The Rehab Center at Bristol takes such great care of their residents! They were knowledgeable and informative. Communication was great! The facility is always clean and I love seeing the friendly dogs when I come in.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

We chose Rehab Center and Memory Care at Bristol for my father because of its reviews and the level of care it provides. My father went into rehab recently. As far as I know, and I'm doing this long distance, is that they have been very responsive and very helpful. My father has moved into a new room, but the old room he was in looked spacious, well lit, and well taken care of. My father is still in rehab and he will be moving into memory care in the near future. It would be skilled nursing memory care. My fat…

Stay away from this place

Our family member had a horrible experience at this place. Had to wait up to 1 and a half hours after hitting call button for nurse to get assistance for help to bathroom. Food was horrible and family member was hungry but was told that we were not allowed to bring family member food. Administration was "never available " to address concerns. It's Not Like It Used To Be

The community has had a significant turnover of the staff. Everyone was friendly when visiting the community. I never know if the same person will be the same staff member I have dealt with prior. The night shift isn't good at all. I believe they only have a nurse and an aid in the memory care unit at night. No COVID in the residents in the community. The food is terrible, and they aren't willing to make accommodations for the resident's tastes.
