PositiveGreat place to live
My father is really happy at the Orchard. He loves his room and it's a great for him. The staff is wonderful! They're very nice and go out of their way for the residence. There are a lot of activities for the residence to participate in. The whole facility is really clean and they have someone that comes in once a week to clean the rooms and they do a great job. He's really happy living at the Orchard!

PositiveOrchard Independent Living is like a resort.
My husband and I have lived here for 18 months and are very happy. The grounds are beautiful and pleasant for walking. The staff are all helpful and friendly and listen to any concerns we have. I especially appreciate that they are aware of each resident's situation and will do wellness checks if we are concerned about someone we haven't seen for a few days. The food is very good and management listens to any requests we have about the menu, many of which have been accommodated. Our activities director is amazing. …

PositiveLovely facility
Lovely and kind! Just know that as your loved one ages they will need more care and it will cost quite a lot more. It is very difficult to manage appointments, transportation and health issues remotely. When he runs out of savings I'm afraid he will be homeless as he will no longer be an "Independent living" resident and I cannot take him in. But for now, it's been so good for him.

It is overall a good deal for the money. I like the staff and l like the residents here. However they need to do better on their food. We have had some dinners that rate very low, l don't know why. The food isn't bad but they could do better. That's it

I think my biggest feedback is the food. The lack of variety, the lack of quality, my husband has lost close to 20 pounds since he's been there. And now his diagnosis is malnutrition. And I attribute all this to the subpar food.
