My experience here has caused many emotions and questions. Staff is strongly helpful and the dinning room excellent. It's an old building and requires lots of ongoing repair... which has not been done in a timely manner. The people are wonderful here and we all look out for each other. The executive director has been most honorable to attempting to make the Palms a number one site. She cares about all things happening. Here and wants a number 1 place. She is to be admired.
