PositiveThe staff is amazing from the director all the way down to the lady who runs the front desk. The facility is clean. They treat everybody in there with respect, and when you walk through the place, and you see the people live in there they all seem extremely happy.

PositiveThe Park at Surprise was beautiful. It looked expensive. It looked like a very high-quality place. The lady staff member was very nice and very personable. Her name was Shannon. She was awesome. I got to have lunch there that they prepared for me, and it was free. They have a very nice restaurant and a shop. They have a little bar there, and I got to eat in that area. PositiveThe Park at Surprise was very well kept, and everything was very nice. They had a lot of amenities and everything. When you walk into the reception area, they have a long hall that leads to everything, and that's where we were sitting and waiting; however, it seemed very dark and dreary. The people were very nice, it was just that welcoming entrance in the building wasn't very inviting. The people who work there are exceptionally nice. Positive[name removed] who runs the front all of these people are amazing. My mother‘s been there three months loves it. The place is beautiful, but the staff make it. everyone is extremely friendly and go out of their way for all the people to live there. I’ve never heard one person complain that in itself in the world we live in is pretty amazing.
