CriticalI personally would not recommend this rehab facility to any loved one. My mom had a stroke and was placed here unknowing of the conditions and treatment that awaited her. She was unable to move her left side and couldn’t do anything for herself. Part of a small population in her condition. Mom had constant family members that observed the neglect and requested help daily from staff. EVERY plate of food was given to her cold. She developed constant gas. Request to use the commode took up to one hour most of the time…

PositiveI appreciate that every time I come to visit I am welcomed to stay and it is 24 hour visitation. All staff I have encountered have always been helpful in updating me about my loved ones care. If they don’t know personally they help me connect with someone on his care team. He looks awesome , clean and they attend to his grooming needs. His fingernails are manicured and his facial hairs are trimmed. My love one has dementia and I feel he is being well taken care of. Thank you. Shout out to the second floor care team…

So I went to get the nurse, and it took them about five minutes to come to the room. Then when he came to the room, the nurse told me that I had to leave the room while they checked him. Then after they checked him, it was late in the day. Then I came back and he had his lunch and my dad couldn't walk. So they came in and put his food on the table near the w…

There maybe 3 nurses on the entire staff who seem to care about and empathize with their patients, and maybe only one of them who is actually skilled in nursing. The head nurse was almost never available and the second in command was rude and only ever concerned with her job if she thought she needed to save it. I dont know why because she clearly doesnt care and thought she could make good money in nursing,…
