I researched this facility (& 2 others) before sharing with my 85yr old M-I-L what I learned about assisted living. (Her view was nursing home quality at best)The Pinnacle far outshined any facility in this area! The staff were very friendly and really seemed to care about their residents. When I brought M-I-L to tour facility, share a meal with the residents and talk to facility staff, everyone was very welcoming! Before we left, she had already made a couple friends who were eagerly looking forward to her return.…

It seems more staff is needed, especially on the weekends. Most of the staff works well, but a few stay on their phones too much. It seems like Pinnacle is getting rid of some of the staff that don't perform as expected. The facility is clean except during the remodel, but it's going to be very nice when they finish.

Not enough activities for the memory care. Need for more staff in the memory care unit. Communication with family regarding change in owners, contact information and change in facility phone number was poor, no salon in building, no information regarding schedule for church services. Positives: the staff is caring and friendly, the patient rooms are very nice, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The facilities were very nice. The rooms were pretty spacious, and they all had their private baths. They have a variety of layouts for the rooms, so you could have a one-bedroom, a studio, or a two-bedroom. The staff was very good. I didn't get to taste the food, but the dining area looked very nice. The facilities were well laid out. They explained that they had a nurse practitioner on call, and he was affiliated with the VA, so it's a very VA-friendly facility, which was important for my parents. I jus…
