PositiveI was very pleased with the entire experience. I would tell them to encourage their loved ones to move there. Not only were the employees kind and helpful but the residents were friendly. Staff members are very caring.

PositiveThe Pointe at Jacksonville is a wonderful place. The remodeling being done is beautiful. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful to visitors and residents. The rooms are spacious and very nice. They always have some kind of activity for the residents which is great! Also the food is very good and the snack bar that is available 24 hours is awesome!
