PositiveI am home. I love this place.
The pond and waterfalls make it serene. The studio apartment is adorable. I can't wait for the cooler weather so I can take advantage of my balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I find most days I have a smile on my face as there are activities of all kinds. With the privacy of my own place and a community atmosphere there is always something to do. I finally feel like I am home.

PositiveIt’s been a great place for my dad!
They did a great job of welcoming to this facility. We worried about the transition for my dad but it has all been positive. They have so many activities that he is involved in, he started physical therapy three times and week and is more active now than when he was at home, he loves the exercise classes in the pool and enjoys all the activities on campus as well as activities planned off campus.

The caregiving was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Most of the other staff members were friendly and courteous, which I appreciated. The activities offered were limited and not very engaging. The food was okay, but nothing special. The room itself was acceptable; however, the bathroom was not designed well for wheelchair users, making it difficult to maneuver safely. That was a major disappointment and something that should be improved for accessibility.
