The staff is wonderful and always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and dining have been areas where we feel there is room for improvement, but we are hopeful that things will continue to improve under the new management. Overall, we appreciate the caring staff and look forward to seeing the positive changes ahead.

I thought the staff was friendly and helpful when I was present and visiting my mom. Improvements: The director of the facility was overwhelmed and needed more assistance. They only had 1 RN on staff every day to cover the whole facility. They definitely needed another RN. because there was always an extended wait time for the nurse to administer shots my mother needed before she passed away.

The complex itself is very well laid out. It doesn't look or feel like a retirement/nursing facility. More like a resort hotel. It is by far the cleanest facility I checked out. The admission staff are kind, caring individuals who are genuinely concerned about the well being of their residents. I toured The Preserve at Palm-Aire. The whole place is wonderful. It's got a dining room and a weight room. It's very, very nice. It has all the different degrees of disability as we get older. They have one section that's for a certain degree of dementia, and then there's another one for those who are a little bit more severe. I really like that they're all separate. The staff is incredible. They know everyone by name. They have created a culture of happy people that are welcoming to all. My mother has a one bedroom. It has plenty of room for her personal needs. The amenities are accessible to All and welcoming to All. She has plenty to do every day all day.
