CriticalThis place looks great on the outside and inside. They have a large turnover in employees in the few months my family member was there. They let go of their executive director without notifying family members there would be a change. They still have absolutely no leadership there and it shows with how the “ caregivers” behave. I recommended this place to my Step-Mom who was trying to place my Dad in memory care. It was really difficult for her. And I think they were helpful at that time. Horrible place! For a facility that was built after the 2017 fire, you would expect a nice place. Building was nice. [Name removed] the Marketing Director was very helpful, but it went downhill the first day.
