PositiveExtremely clean and nice décor throughout. There are quite a few activities for Assisted Living residents if they choose to participate. Very nice looking outdoor appearance and grounds with areas for residents to BBQ and do outdoor activities. Staff are very very nice, polite and helpful. The coordinator was knowledgeable and spent time with me as a prospective client to give details, an excellent tour, and always accommodating when questions were asked. The food is excellent, always lots of choices. [name removed…

PositiveArrived at my wits end. Mom needed round the clock care (broken arm) and me and my wife had done it for 2 1/2 weeks. We were inquiring about respite care and [name removed] had an idea that we should go talk to her PCP and her pitiful one day a week PT and OT. We did as she instructed and after a couple weeks insurance finally approved a stay. The Reserve is top notch, especially their admin and PT/OT. They were the first and only place we went.

CriticalMy mother was at The Reserve for less than a week in January 2025 for skilled nursing and PT. It was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We were never given a care plan, were told that my mother was un-skillable and that she had to be moved to a different facility. They informed us that if we didn’t private pay, there was a facility in Nashville that would take her but no facility closer would. We did find her a facility in our hometown and had a care plan within days and she was skillable. On transport day, we…

PositiveMy mother is at the Reserve at Spring Hill. They're very, very attentive in terms of the nursing care, and very responsive. The facility itself is very well maintained and immaculately appointed. It's a beautiful place to be. My mom is there for physical therapy, and once she gets back to baseline, she's out of there. We've not explored all that there is to do there because she's not going to be a permanent resident there. She's there to get physical therapy, to be cared for while she&…

CriticalHorrible place to take a loved one. They treated my father terrible because he was up moving around and not confined to a bed for his rehab. They were very un compassionate and didn’t want to take the time to redirect him at all.

CriticalMy mom is a resident of The Reserve at Spring Hill. It is beautiful. It's set up very well, and everybody has been very nice. It was just very quiet, it was well-lit, and everybody has been nice. They leave the rooms undecorated because they don't allow the residents to hang things on the wall. So, when you first get there, it's undecorated. But it was a good-sized room and set up well. Everything is straight up what you would expect. She is needing assistance with everything, and they are bringing t…
