The facility is very modern and clean. The staff are all extremely friendly. There seemed to be a lot of activities which my father engages in the room is small, although well laid out, and the bathroom is a decent size. Overall, I would recommend this community to others.

The staff and care are very good. They keep the entire place/room immaculate. The room space is good - you don't spend much time in the room as they like to have the residents either actively or passively involved in activities. The staff are very caring and well trained. I would not recommend Orchard Grove memory care unit. The size of room was good. The building was nice. My mother's room was never thoroughly cleaned. It was not vacuumed for the 6 months she was there. The food was good and there were 2choices for meals. Other than that, I was extremely disappointed in the care. Each resident gets a care plan when they move in. It is designed by nursing and director of memory care. We were paying for an extra 3-4 levels of care which should have amounted to 41/2 hours per day. My …

PositiveThe Residence at Orchard Grove is by far the only Assisted Living facility that I considered. It is beautifully decorated, immaculate and extremely comfortable. The staff were amazing and it was easy to see that they care about the welfare of those who live there. The apartments provide privacy and are well designed for elders. They are safe and accessible. PositiveWe arrived and the receptionist immediately went to find the lady we were to tour with. She came out in a timely manner and showed us around the entire facility. We saw the 1st and 2nd floors as well as an apartment to see what we liked. We were also treated to a wonderful lunch. Thet have a restaurant and a bistro with daily menus. If you don"t like what is on either menu, you can order off of their regular menu which is extensive. You can get a meal anytime beween 7am and 7pm. We really enjoyed our visit and the …
