★★★★★
PositiveThe whole experience has been excellent, I can't say anything but it's a great place to live and we would recommend the community to other families!
★★★★★
Criticalstaff was terrible they are not caring about their residence and managemant dosent care as long as they get the contracts. food is terrible most of the time. for 6,000.00 dollars and up it does not pay to be there. i found better rates in citrus county better care and food for my elderly mom. i simply do not trust their training level or patient ethics.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured the assisted living facility of The Residence at Timber Pines, and it's really nice. The size of the rooms was really good and the place was very clean. The dining area was also very clean and very nice. It's also a good size. The staff members were really nice, very friendly, and very informative. They have a patio and a garden, and they're really nice. It looks clean with flowers and trees. The parking was not so good as there were a lot of people there.
★★★★★
PositiveEveryone there was great, from management to the aides to the dining room staff. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.
★★★★★
CriticalNot truly equipped to care for dementia/Alzheimer's patients due to the lack of staff to properly manage medication. Not able to manage behavioral issues . Did not properly inform us of that prior to our family member moving in which resulted in an attempt to set a ultimately removal from the residency.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured The Residence at Timber Pines. What I like best is that the people are very, very nice, and they talk and do a lot of activities there. They're very outgoing. The food is good. They showed me the apartments and the rooms. They were very nice. They have a pool there, which I liked. They have a game room. It's so big, that place. They have so much stuff there.
