Residents and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for an Independent Living apartment that had a full kitchen and a washer dryer in the apartment. The Residence has welcomed [name removed] to their facility and provided him with a positive and caring experience. The physical space is very open and welcoming. They provided him with a lovely apartment in Assisted Living with Level 2 additional care that was furnished. His apartment is always kept clean and clothes are washed weekly. We had a very good experience at The Residence at Vinnin Square. It's beautiful. Everything was nice. It was open. It was airy. It didn't smell. There's a lot of light in there. The layout was good. I don't have anything bad to say. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and informative. They have a salon. They have a movie theater. They have a gym. They have activity areas. They have these little cafes that are all around the facility, or places where people can gather. I was impressed with it.
