My mother-in-law stayed in The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe. Everything was wonderful. I kind of miss that she's not there anymore. It was a very nice place. If a family member can afford it, but it got to the point she's been there four years, and it was getting very difficult for us, too. It was almost like her own little apartment, because she had a lot of her belongings. Everything that she was surrounded with was hers. It's wonderful. It's very clean. The food was good. My friend moved into The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe. Her son chose it because it's close. It seems that all the people working there are very kind and sweet. Also, it looks very clean. My friend is very happy there and happier than I've seen him in years. The food looks good and smells good. His room is not very big. He has a bed, a dresser, a TV, a room for a chair, and a little kitchenette area. They do have a courtyard, which is pretty and well-kept.

The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe is nice. They have a nice dining hall and they have people who care for them well. They have house cleaning and washing/laundry. It's just a really good place to be. We were impressed with it. Mom is on the second floor. She has a single-bedroom apartment, and it's got a bathroom and a kitchenette. So far, my interaction with the staff has been excellent. We placed my mom in The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe. It's a very nice community and the staff is great. There is a physician's assistant that is there two days a week, they have lots of activities, and there's always someone checking on mom. It's just been a really good place for her. They have devotions every morning, they have exercise, they have bingo, they have karaoke and they take them out for bus rides. For the second time in nine months I was a short-term resident while my spouse was undergoing eye surgery and recovery and restricted in her activity. Having spent six weeks at Rosewood last spring, when the need for short-term assisted living, there was no question that I would return for the second time which only required three weeks. I visited Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe. It's beautiful, nice, airy, and very cheerful, but it was too expensive for my uncle. Everybody was great, the food was very nice, but I didn't try it. They have people come in, they play music, and they play bingo.
