The Seasons

I toured with The Seasons of Reno and did not really get to see anything but the front entrance and the room we would have. They wanted to isolate her for a week when she moved in, they also would only show me her room which I did not like how she had to step up to get into the shower. It did not feel like family there.

Great Place

The Season's of Reno is the best place for Seniors. The entire Staff are Wonderful!! They are very professional but also very welcoming. I can call them anytime to get information or updates about my loved one! I feel secure in knowing that my Dad is treated with the upmost care and concern. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe, secure place for their loved one!

Homey and Compassionate

Management is 100% understanding of everything. They were very interested in why were were moving from another community and what my loved one's needs were. The staff are caring. They constantly check in. Their scheduling is phenomenal. They rely on emergency bracelets as opposed to calls to the front desk, and that took a lot of patience on their end in training my loved one in how to utilize that system. But they did so with caring, kindness, and empathy, which was great to see. Her apartment is nice, and she say…

I’m not crazy about this one but they get good ratings. It’s a nice size and has a great activity list for all abilities. The rooms were just okay. Whole place needed a good scrub.
