The Views at Lake Havasu Independent Living

I just returned after leaving for 9 months of medical care. This is the best independent living facility in the area. The management and staff are outstanding and provide service that is above and beyond the call of duty. The Riviera restaurant provides a fine dining experience with excellent food and service. The activities provided cover a wide range and include gardening. Just a few of the reasons I decided to return. Take a tour and see for yourself.

No Longer 55+

The facility itself is incredible. My step-dad has been there for several years. They are falsely advertising as a 55+ facility. They have college students living in the facility and also have additional college students eating in their dining room. My 97 year old step dad just ended up in the hospital with COVID. They had very few issues during the epidemic, but today have a number of residents quarantined due to COVID. The Views is amazing. There is nothing else like it. It is INDEPENDENT living at its best. It is NOT an assisted living facility.

Very nice for a person who enjoys a moderate amount of activiites. The people are nice here as well.

This is my first time living in a community, and it's been an adjustment period. But I enjoy being closer to my family here. It's very nice at The Views and very well taken care of. My apartment is small but big enough for just me, and the finishes are very nice. I wish they had a better selection of food, and I would like to see more activities as well. But overall the people here are pretty nice, both the staff and the residents.

The food there is very low quality. and they made some promises they didn't keep. I would recommend this community to others.
