The Village at Riverwood

You can’t fake a feeling, and this place has a good vibe. Both [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing, warm people who answered all my questions and really helped put us at ease. They truly have concern and care for their residents. The property itself is a bit older, so it’s a little cozier and has more character than some of newer ones that feel like a giant hotel. Updated decor, a lovely lobby/gathering area with a fireplace, atrium dining room, and huge patio make the Village seem like a real find!

This place has a thriving and active community. The residents are friendly and actively involved with each other and in planning activities. My mother's apartment is spacious and the building is kept clean. The staff is responsive to my mother's needs.

I had such a great experience with this facility from start to finish. [name removed] was amazing and very prompt in her responses to inquiries that I made with her. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Everything fell right in line the waybill was supposed to. Highly recommend

Exceeded expectations

5 for all. Everyone has been extremely helpful. They exceed our expectation. Roomy but designed in a way that conserved energy. The laundry, hair stylist, and TV rooms are a hit with my parents.

It varies but since we have a ed its been terrible

Dining server with no exception are fantastic. Cleaning staff is the best. Through and timely life. Enrichment personnel are the best. Great programs and easy to talk too. Food other than to much pork and fish in generally well prepared. Every work order have turned in has been handled properly, promptly, parking lot need more handicapped slot and resident parking permits.
