I have lived at the Village of Southlake for over 5 years. It used to be a wonderful place but it has changed in the last 2 yrs since new ownership. Many of the food servers quit & that leaves only 1 server per meal for over 70 residents & that means meals can take over 2 hours. They shortened their workweek to below 40 hours & that means no one gets benefits. The morale at this place is very low among all of the residents & staff. It has caused a lot of stress & anger due to them changing the rules of what we ca…

PositiveThis facility is currently at the top of my list for consideration. I loved the two bedroom apartment and the two bedroom duplex I toured. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, weekly housekeeping, utilities, meals, and lots of activities. The buildings were in like new condition. Personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.
