I visited this facility

The Villages of Rosemont had a nice concept, except for the part that not all rooms come with showers and stuff, which I understood when the woman explained it to me. The staff was great. I met the medication nurse, the maintenance staff, and the kitchen staff. The building was easy to navigate so that the seniors wouldn't get lost. Everything just goes back in a circle. They end up back where they started from. They also have a library and an outdoor space.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom moved into The Villages of Rosemont, and it is not run properly. The caregivers are not attentive. There's nobody there on the weekends. I can't get in touch through the phone or reach anybody, and it's not very clean. What I like best is the director and the assistant director of resident care. They're good people, but the place needs a lot of help. The food, there's not a choice every day. There's one meal at every sitting, but not a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. Everythi…

The Villages of Rosemont was nice. They didn't know we had an appointment, though, so that was kind of odd. But the people were nice. The staff was nice. I don't have anything bad to say about it. The rooms seemed to be fine.

Great experience

I had a pretty great experience moving my elderly friend here from his apartment for safety reasons. The administration was helpful with a smooth transition. He has made friends and likes the nursing staff. He also enjoys the activities. The food is pretty good. Appears clean and open. Very happy working with them.
