CriticalWent in to this facility from my surgery for after care of my total knee replacement and within one week I had to go to the ER for a bladder retention. The ER stated I needed to get it removed in a week and see a urologist and nothing has been done. I am not getting diaper changes only every 4 hours. Not receiving the proper PT I need on my knee only had PT twice. They want to do upper body exercises. I had a heated conversation with the PT manager who pushed me. The brought me to my room and left me in the wheelch…

CriticalOn our first night there, we asked for a bed side commode and we were total for my mom to just poop in her diaper and they would clean her up later. And then that night my mom keep asking in go to the bathroom and no one come to help. She had to side in her dirty diaper all of night. She left the facility the next day due to bad service.

PositiveIt seemed like a decent facility, from what little I recall. I did not go far into assessing the facility because my relative lived out of state, and I did not have enough information about her health status at the time. I do recall the staff person being very helpful, though I was unable to use the help.

If my friend and resident didn't have someone as an advocate there regularly, she would have died prematurely many months ago. Also, the Director of Nursing, Obi, exhibited a…

Positive[name removed] is a terrific and kind staff member who will go above and beyond to get the job done. She's always happy and very pleasant to the residents. You can see her smile through her mask. Thank you [name removed] for all you do for the residents and staff.

CriticalMy friend has been in here twice in as many months. The so called care did nothing to prepare for her home going. Last time one day after testing positive for Covid they were taken home to fend for themselves. 85 yr old, to weak to get around by self and lives by themselves. No family to assist. Had no food in the house even if strong enough to fix it. Why??? Because her insurance was up. No compassion for human life, no preparation to ensure the patient was strong enough to go home not to mention they tested posit…
