Disappointing experience with management after a resident’s death

My family had a loved one reside at this facility and while our experience with the day-to-day care was not the reason for this review, our experience with management after his death was extremely disappointing. The facility had been paid in advance for the month. After our family member passed away, there was an unused portion of that payment that should have been refunded. Our Experience

The facility is one and a half years old, very clean, management communication have been very good, the staff has treated my mom very good, the meals are all good quality. The negative would be the same as all these facility's is turnover of management and staff, however I haven't seen a drop in service or attention.

Peace of mind

It is small, 24 assisted living and 24 memory care units. My mom is known by all of the aides, the managers, the chef, the maintenance supervisor, the therapy group. The director is caring and kind, not only to my mom but to our family. My mom's friends have commented on how nice it is at Holly Brook. It is a perfect match for my mom at this time in her life. I would recommend The Villas

My loved one has been in 3 different facilities and The Villas of Holly Brook is by far the best. The care is what is most important to me and they give EXCELLENT care here. The food is very good. [name removed], the director is also very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend The Villas to others.

Our family had an in person tour and the sales team was nice but we were just not very impressed.
