PositiveMs Sherry was very welcoming and knowledgeable. However, we are not looking for an individual apartment style AL. Also, she was not informed of our appointment, so by taking time for us, she was late for her actual scheduled 10:30 appointment.

PositiveThe Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care was very welcoming, very clean, and well kept. The staff was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. I didn't taste the food, but the dining area looked very nice. We did review the menu and it looked like there were lots of options for eating there if you had a dietary need or something like that. I think we looked at three and The Vistas was probably where we would have gone.

PositiveThe director at The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care took me on a tour of the facility and I thought she was very nice. She seemed like a nice person and she seemed experienced. The place seemed modern and new, the grounds looked nice and clean, and everything was in good condition. It probably would be the place that my mom would like because it was modern-looking, and it seemed to be a safe accommodation for her because it had secured areas. The lady was very accommodating, pleasant, and provided a lot of information. She was very knowledgeable. The menu looked very good and the dining room was nice. Everything was just very pleasant.
