CriticalI used The Vosswood Nursing Center. It's a very small group. It's only about 5 or 6. They were good. They were limited, so I don't think they're the best. Half of the people working there were good and half of them were not. They had activities but I didn't go to any. Activities were too typical like classes, bingo, and movies. What they need to improve are the beds.

CriticalThis place was horrible .Waited 2 hours to change diaper while peeing and pooping in my diaper.Gave me wrong doses of medication I had to have my daughter sneak in proper doses of meds.I was there one week never got bathed and the staff was understaffed because of COVID. I told my daughter if she didn’t get me out of there I was going to call the cops to take me home!

CriticalBeds are old and uncomfortable, tv does not work (all you see is a blotch), food is not healthy, service varies and some of the staff does not show interest and even work with attitude. How can they charge Medicare as if they were running a good place when they are not? It is as f they get paid a 100% for a 60% service. It's wrong!

CriticalWe toured Vosswood Nursing Center while searching for a facility for our loved one. We noticed that a staff member seemed very inpatient with a patient that they were assisting during our tour. I was not impressed with what I observed.

CriticalThis place is horrible. I hope I never have to step foot in this place again. The rooms are disgusting, the staff are lazy. My friend is now in a good place. They said she was not being cleaned properly.
