I visited this facility

My mom and I toured this facility last week and it was GROSS! The walls, floors, baseboards were FILTHY; hadn't been cleaned since I was in 3rd grade! The furniture was worn, tatted and looked as if they got it from the side of the road There were residents in the dining room unassisted just sitting there...I only saw two staff members the whole time. I would NEVA take anyone I care about to this facility. The owners should be ashamed!

If you love your mom don't take her there! This place was filthy from the front door! The floor, walls, baseboards, doors hadn't been cleaned in forever! The furniture looked as if it they got of off the side of the road; worn, tattered, raggedy, stained. The chair aerobic activity looked pitiful, the walls and doors were scratched and there were about 10 guests just sitting around unsupervised. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars....RUN!!!!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My uncle came in May 15 2023. He had a roommate. There was no room to bring his things as furniture was already there. Walls by his bed was dirty never cleaned at request. Treated family disrespectful and poked in our matters that had nothing to do with my uncle stay. Staff was ignorant. My uncle before him passing there had open wounds on his bottom which they say were there when he went to the hospital for 3 days that is questionable never proven. Our families experience

Overall the care services were great - the staff members were very friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk was always fantastic to speak with. We would recommend this community to other families as long as their loved ones can still take care of themselves somewhat and they do not need an extreme level care
