CriticalUp until today i would highly recommend the Waterford. My mom loved this place but she just passed away this morning and my brother has to get all of her stuff out of her room today. Where is the compassion and sensitivity for our loss? You cant even give him a day or so to grieve?

PositiveWaterford was very nice, clean, bright, and cheerful. The apartments were very nice and they were customized to each resident as they moved in. The staff member who accommodated us during the tour was very friendly and helpful. We ate lunch there a couple of times, and it was very nice. They had a wide range of activities. They had exercises, swimming, crafts and arts, charity events, and they had speakers come in.
