The only thing I can attest to is When I moved my mom in, [name removed] the facility manager helped me move in. He also assisted with getting my mom out of the hospice facility early because I didn't like the care they were giving her. The facility also has an in house hairdresser who takes excellent care of her hair. All in all I would rate moms care as a 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you for all you do.

What we like the most is the small environment of each cottage only 12 in a cottage. The residents get to know each other well and they feel comfortable there. The thing that needs the most work are the people they hire to care for our family members. The girl in cottage 1, who does not care about her job acts like she doesn't want to be there and is not attentive to the residents for the needs they have they have a big turnover so it's not just one person some are great they only have 1 person in the cottage durin…

My loved ones are doing okay there and they like their room. However, I have concerns about the level of assistance being provided and the consistency of housekeeping services. When we first spoke with the nurse, we were told that staff had ways to encourage participation in personal care. Based on my observations, I do not believe those efforts are being consistently carried out.
