I would say 4 stars, only because I am 2500 miles away and have had a few paperwork issues. Nothing drastic, but small frustrations due to being remote. The staff and care are good. I have not eaten there, but my mom says the food is very good and I've heard other residents praise the food as well. I find their price to be moderate for the area.

From what i've seen from a distance, I would rate the Waterford a 5 on all these dimensions. I believe my mother-in-law is in a safe, secure, clean and navigable facility at the Waterford at Levis Commons, with attentive and responsive staff --- and while she requires little care at this point, I have no doubt that as her needs change the Waterford will be exceptionally capable of meeting those needs. Be mindful what the admin staff tells you they are able to do and accommodate because in reality, this place is built well for those that are Independent or very little assistance needed. If one is looking for more care for their loved one, you won't find it here. Even though there are different levels of care spoken of and 24 hour nursing, the reality is not what was advertised.
