★★★★★
CriticalIt was chaotic in the lobby when we arrived late in the afternoon. We did not tour the facility or see the rooms because they had a waiting list and we needed to place my Aunt immediately. We had a very pleasant meeting with the sales director who gave us a lovely dinner packet to take home as a gift.

PositiveStaffing very warm and knowledgeable about the needs of my mom. [name removed], the director of the memory care unit is wonderful. The unit is clean and the residents appear clean as well.

CriticalMixed reviews. Some residents are not well mentally. All others are expected to tolerate their anger, selfishness. It's a toxic environment.
★★★★★
PositiveThe food is very good. It is kept well cleaned and the staff is good. We fit a queen size bed and two end tables, two chairs and two bureaus into the room. There are activities but unsure of what they are.
