The Willows At Okemos

The care this facility provides for the patients is superior and just exceptional. Had nothing but excellent service from the moment my loved one entered until they discharged successfully home. Therapy dietary activity and nursing department made the stay a lot easier than anticipated. Highly recommend this place

I've been waiting now for 7 weeks to have my deposit of $2000 returned to me. My Father passed away Feb. 11th 2025. I've made numerous calls to the facility and spoke with 2 different people there. So far nothing.

My consultant was extremely helpful. I appreciated that she had actually visited the various adult memory centers in my area and could answer questions about them. She also sent me information about Alzheimer's, which I found very useful. I was searching the internet for information on Alzheimer's when I came across "A Place For Mom." It was an unexpected pleasure to have the help from the consultant.

My mother is at the Willows, and it is working out very well for her. It is a new facility. It is small. I meet the staff every day. They are perfect, and we have no complaints whatsoever. The rooms and the dining area are excellent and very nice. I have had several meals there, and the food is good. They have a chef, and they have lots of choices. They have activities, but my mother didn't participate in a lot. It is in a nice location with woods surrounding it. I will recommend them. They work very well with…
