★★★★★
CriticalThe memory care residence at The Woodlake is often disorganized and dysfunctional. The staff are generally kind and caring but there is a frequent turnover in staffing which impacts safety. There are daily activities but the activities are generally lacking in imagination and stimulation.
★★★★★
PositiveWoodlake has an amazing chef that likes to cook good food (not heavily processed foods), staff is always friendly and helpful, and there's lots of activities including outings to choose from.
