From the person at the front desk to the person who let us in the memory unit I always felt special. They answer any questions and never let us out. The facility was very clean and smelled fresh. My sister has always been happy there.

This facility sparkles, they are constantly cleaning it. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very kind. She passed away last week, but when I saw her two weeks ago... She was so appreciative of the staff, chaplain, and musical guests. She even told a complete stranger if the ever needed assisted living, The Woodlands is the best. I have worked with [name removed] at the facility and he is kind and very responsive.

Staff was very friendly and professional. A custodial person came in as we were discussing my sister's accomodations. We pointed out a challenge and she immediately went for help and returned to say the correct staff was alerted and would take care of her issues.
