I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I have not seen my mom now for 75 days. I callled the Ma. AG and filed a complaint,Department of Elder affairs,Department of public health, and still no visit! The facility has been covid free for over two weeks and refuse to schedule visits. The most inept unprofessional people work here and simply make excuses that they are under staffed. There are only 27 residents and they act as if there are 2700. If you expect to see your loved one, Do not put them here.

The staff was nice enough once you got used to their quirks but the place itself was very dirty and in horrible shape. I wouldn’t recommend for any long term stay or for anyone with medical issues.

My experience with this facility began in January 2009. My Mother had been in another facility, went to a hospital, and needed to go back to a nursing home for rehabilitation. I was not happy with the previous facility, so my husband and I visited some other places. From the moment we walked into the Timothy Daniels House, we knew this was the place for my Mother.
