Our mother is a recent resident at Tolstoy. We are so pleased with the care, attention and communication of the staff, nurses, admin, aide and PT. Our mom is treated with respect and the utmost care. Thank you to AnnMarie and her team for working tirelessly for the residents.

Tolstoy Foundation Rehabilitation and Nursing Center was an older facility. My brother was there, and the staff did well. He didn't like the food, though. The rooms were also small. They need more staff, but they were caring people.
