PositiveReview for Touchmark at Coffee Creek
We were attracted to the location. I would recommend but with eyes wide open. No one should be left in any facility without frequent eyes on them and the staff.

CriticalFrequent employee turnover and poor continuity in Assisted Living. All too frequently having to contact management because of medication issues and things not being done (e.g. shower assistance) per schedule. So, when you open the dishwasher, you're not having to reach down to…

PositiveMy mother-in-law is at Touchmark at Coffee Creek. It's lovely and well-kept. The grounds are well-kept. The care is excellent. It's clean. Staffing is always an issue, but they seem to retain their employees for a good amount of time. They have Bible study, church, exercise class, puzzles, and cards. There are speakers and people they bring in to entertain. My mother-in-law has been on the bus. She would go to outside activities, the doctors, and stuff. That's all been working out well. With regards …
